BEFORE
AFTER

Before:
The room was cluttered with too much furniture haphazardly placed.

After:
Less furniture placed on a diagonal made the room more spacious and harmonious, while maintaining a warm, inviting space.

Before:
This work at home mom was busy with two businesses and buried in major renovations being done throughout her home. Every room was disrupted with the improvements. We started with her home office so she could focus on work despite the chaos in other parts of the house.

After:
Clutter was eliminated by removing Items that didn't belong in the office, finding an appropriate place for items that did belong there and arranging items she needed to access daily so that she could easily find what she needed when she needed it.

Before:
This bank owned property had been languishing on the market. Furniture
was haphazardly placed and the lake
view was difficult to see.

After:
Larger furniture was moved from another room. Now the main seating area easily captures the spectacular lake view.

Before:
This renter was uncomfortable with the
owner’s furnishings. She got permission
to bring in some of her own furniture and
art to make it feel more like home.
After:
Furniture was angled to utilize the space.
Bold artwork, two chairs and a colorful rug were moved in from storage to give the space pizzazz.

Before:
The owner had moved to an Independent Living Community and needed to sell his condo. There wasn't much remaining to stage it though.

After:
With a tight budget, I purchased inexpensive furniture, artwork and accessories to make the space more inviting and attractive to buyers.

Before:
Sofa was set in its traditional shape which shut down the room, leaving a narrow walkway behind it.

After:
The sofa was separated and angled to
create more open conversational seating
with ample space to move through the room.

Before:
This is the family room in the same house above. Pictures hung too high, lots of toys and clutter.

After:
Clutter removed, furniture placed on an angle, all personal pictures removed, hung a large mirror to reflect the outside. And, yes it sold quickly!

Before:
This working mom had 3 children and was getting divorced. They wanted to
sell the house but it desperately needed staging.

After:
Counters were cleared, magnets and papers were removed from the frig, less items were displayed above cabinets, and more was done to make the room visible to buyers.

Before:
This was for a husband and wife relocating to a Senior Community.

After:
Boxes unpacked and packing removed, furniture positioned, artwork hung and accessories tastefully placed. They loved their new home!

Before:
This was for a gentleman relocating to a Senior Community.

After:
Same process of positioning furniture as in above photos. Almost there—just a few more pieces of art to hang.
